  • The Guarantee

    Every Adorable Cavoodle Puppies purchased from us comes with a 1-year health guarantee. Within 10 days of shipping your puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the vet finds that the puppy is sick with an illness contracted before the date of delivery, please contact us immediately.

    Our Adorable Cavoodle Puppies are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride in our puppies and our relationship with you doesn't end once you take home a puppy from us.

    While we don't believe your puppy is replaceable due to emotional attachments, we understand that sometimes the pain of losing a puppy can be eased by offering you another puppy of equal value. In the event of the unforeseen death within one year from its purchase date, or if the puppy is found to possess health disorders within one year that adversely affect its health, we will replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified veterinarian technician, and we expect you to email us a copy of this health report.

  • Nothing brings us more joy than knowing that we have brought much happiness into your home with one of our puppies. We continuously provide health advice to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

    Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be carried out by a licensed veterinarian.

    Your puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the puppy again upon receiving it.

    We deworm and vaccinate your puppy before shipping them to you, so we expect you to continue proper deworming and conduct regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more, as recommended by your veterinarian, to keep your puppy healthy and happy.
